How fast will you get back to me?
The same day during working hours, which are 7am to 8pm seven days a week. If you send it late at night you will hear from us in the morning.
Is it faster to call?
Yes. A call gets you a real answer about timing in about a minute. The form exists for people who would rather write it down or are sending it outside working hours.
What if it is an emergency?
Do not use the form. Ring (630) 937-3548. Smoke entering the house or a suspected chimney fire goes to the front of the queue. If you suspect carbon monoxide, get everyone outside and call the fire service first.
Do I have to know which service I need?
No. Leave it on “not sure” and describe what you have noticed. Working out which service applies is our job, not yours.
Will you call or text?
We call. If we cannot reach you we will try again rather than giving up after one attempt.
Is there any obligation?
